Daily Rate of Pay depending upon experience and qualification
We are looking to recruit cover staff, to be responsible for supervising a class when a teacher is absent on a casual basis, to meet the needs of our school. We are keen to build a bank of cover staff who are fully embedded with our ethos, policies and procedures. This position would suit an adult who is flexible, resilient, has good communication skills and is able to build a rapport with young people.
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

HR & Cover Administrator
37 hours per week (Term Time Only or All Year Round considered)
Salary: Scale E £27,852 - £29,716 (full time, all year round)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced member of staff to join the HR team in our school. We would welcome applications from an experienced administrator with knowledge of HR and schools, but would consider someone with less experience and the drive to learn quickly.
The postholder will be responsible for daily cover ensuring that sufficient supply teachers and/or cover supervisors are in school to cover for absence and will support with all levels of administration relating to HR and staff record keeping.
Applicants should be hard working, professional and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
