After-School Enrichment Programme
We believe that learning extends beyond the classroom. Our after-school enrichment programme provides students with the opportunity to develop new skills, pursue personal interests, build confidence, and connect with others through a wide range of engaging activities.
All Year 7 students are required to participate in the after-school enrichment programme. This forms an important part of their transition into secondary school, helping them to explore new interests, develop friendships, and engage fully in school life. For students in Years 8-13, participation is optional, however, we strongly encourage all students to get involved and take advantage of the many opportunities available.
Students will be able to select from the broad range of enrichment activities offered including:
- Sports and fitness clubs
- Performing arts
- Creative and practical skills
- Academic extension opportunities
- Leadership and community projects
- STEM and technology activities
Full details of available activities and sign-up information will be shared with students at the start of each enrichment term and will be added to the school website.
Students who have signed up for an enrichment activity are expected to attend regularly and participate fully. If a student is unable to attend an enrichment session, parents/carers should notify the school using the usual absence reporting procedures.
We look forward to seeing students make the most of the exciting opportunities available through our after-school enrichment programme.
