Cover Supervisors/Cover Teachers

Daily Rate of Pay depending upon experience and qualification

We are looking to recruit cover staff, to be responsible for supervising a class when a teacher is absent on a casual basis, to meet the needs of our school. We are keen to build a bank of cover staff who are fully embedded with our ethos, policies and procedures.  This position would suit an adult who is flexible, resilient, has good communication skills and is able to build a rapport with young people.

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

You should be comfortable and confident to work in a front-of-house role and great customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to work under pressure. We also operate a community cinema, and its daily operation will fall within your brief.

Previous management experience is preferred but, most importantly, we are looking for a true team player who is flexible in their approach and has a passion to make a positive contribution towards this important community facility.
