Daily Rate of Pay depending upon experience and qualification
We are looking to recruit cover staff, to be responsible for supervising a class when a teacher is absent on a casual basis, to meet the needs of our school. We are keen to build a bank of cover staff who are fully embedded with our ethos, policies and procedures. This position would suit an adult who is flexible, resilient, has good communication skills and is able to build a rapport with young people.
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

37 hours per week, term time only, plus INSET days
£22,012.10 per annum
(Part-time would be considered)
We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to support our students’ education by covering their lessons when our teaching staff are absent. It is intended that the successful candidate will be a valuable part of our team, be fully inducted into the life of the school and receive the level of support expected by a teacher.
Applicants should be enthusiastic, organised, have excellent communication & ICT skills and have a strong desire to work with young people. Ability to work under pressure is also essential. This would be an ideal role for someone with similar experience or a less experienced person wishing to go into teaching in the future.
