Pump It is a weights based class designed to give you a full-body workout targeting each muscle group to increase the calorie burn while shaping and toning your whole body.

Through the use of barbells and dumbbells, you can work onbuilding lean muscle mass that provides the long-term benefits. By building lean muscle mass you increase your body’s ability to effectively burn calories in the long term as the extra muscle will raise your metabolism.
