Totally Shredded

Totally Shredded is a combination of HITT, Combat, Cardio and Plyometric exercises. All training is done to Drum & Bass, Funky House, Garage and Dancefloor  90’s classic music.

This class is based around having fun and creating a workout that shreds inches from the body. After each class you’ll be back wanting more.
